01 What is Disc Replay

 

​Disc Replay is a retail store that buys and sells used movies, used video games, used electronics, used video game systems, used vinyl records, used compact discs, and much more. Disc Replay stores operate under Disc Replay™, Disc Traders, or Mega Replay based on location and store size!

 

 

 

 02  What is the process when I sell to Disc Replay?

Once you bring in your items to sell, we check condition and reference our stock. We can't guarantee we will buy everything. We pay cash or give store credit. Although we do not give prices over the phone, we do encourage you to call ahead with any questions. We also require you to be 18 years or older and have a valid Drivers License or State I.D.

 

 

 

 03  When I bring items to sell, how much do you pay out, and do you take everything?

Each item is different and the amount we offer depends on a variety of factors. We can't guarantee we will buy everything (depending on demand and overstock). We do our best to give you a competitive offer. But we fully understand if our offer does not meet your expectations.

 

 

 

 04  Are your items guaranteed? What is your Return Policy?

 

Everything we sell is guaranteed to play like new. If you have issues with an item, we offer a Two Week (14 Day) return policy. Your item can be exchanged for another item or full store credit. NOTE:  We do not offer Cash Back on returned items.

 

 

 

 05  Are you associated with other Disc Replays?

Disc Replay Crest Hill is separately owned and operated. We currently do not take gift cards/certificates, store credit or return items from other Disc Replay locations. We do not participate in any other Disc Replay Reward programs. All Disc Replays have their own promotions & coupons. Some Disc Replay's buy and sell different items as well. We recommend calling if you have any questions on promotions or questions about items we carry.

 06  Where are you located?

We are located in the Hill Crest Shopping center on the corner of Larkin Ave & Route 30. We are on the Northern end of the shopping center next to Harbor Freight Tools. We are directly behind Subway and the Food-4-Less gas station. Below is a link to our contact page.
